Return policy

Our products can be returned and changed within 1 month from the date of purchasing.

For same product replacement: Please return the product together with the receipt, packaging, accessories and certificate by post or in person to our showroom (Address)

For different product replacement: Customers must make up the price difference (if any) of the product, and return the product to be replaced, together with receipt, packaging, accessories and certificates, by post or in person to our showroom (Address)

All products can be replaced once.

Refunds Policy
